And because our coach is herself a working mother of 3, our programs also focus on supporting remote working mothers to find balance and excellency in every area of their life.

Transformative Coaching

Emotional Quotient ( EQ) or Emotional Intelligence is what inspires you to adopt the positive changes that will support your tactics towards reaching your goal. Emotional Intelligence has to do with our emotions – affective domain – and thinking – cognitive domain – and the interplay between the two. EQ is concerned with our ability to understand emotions and apply this understanding to lifes’s tasks. Specifically, emotional intelligence can be defined as the ability to perceive and express emotions, to use emotions to facilitate thinking, to understand and reason with emotions, and effectively manage emotions within oneself and in relationships with others (Mayer, Salovey, & Caruso, 2000). Our transformative coaching style relies on Emotional Intelligence, Appreciative Inquiry and Positive Thinking to guide you bring out meaningful and sustainable outcomes.


This was my first opportunity to being coached by Ms Ngoc. Thanks to the process of coaching, I was able to implement strategic and practical solutions related to my role in the organization. I developed new leadership knowledge and skills at a time when LIN Center was welcoming many new staff members and thus I was given the opportunity to design positive actions during our coaching sessions, experience them in real life and then discuss them back with my coach. Coaching helped me to get more confident in communication, management and leadership role as a senior officer at LIN. I was very satisfied with Ms Ngoc’s sharing her knowledge and experience of leadership as this was very valuable to my self-development.
